OUR NEW OUTDOOR FITNESS BIKE RIDES ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN ONLY!
Cycling is an efficient way to burn excess calories, shed body fat and can help improve your health.
Depending on your body weight and the intensity of your ride, you could burn somewhere
between 400 and 500 calories on a one hour cycling session.

All abilities are welcome!
Sessions will run weekly starting on
Tuesday 4 June from 6.30 to 7.30pm
Cost just £2 per person
From the National Trust Car Park, Plymbridge Woods, Plymbridge Road.
Haven’t got a bike don’t worry we can sort that too! Bike hire available for just £3
